Since the humble beginning the company has profoundly grown in the span of time and has successfully created CIP image . Mr. Amrutlal Khambhayata chairman & managing director and Mrs. Vibha Dipak Khambhayata joint managing director, are managing the company affairs by giving correct direction and guidance to the team members. Today, CIP is a leading name in both Indian and international market as its products are preferred again and again by its clients. Pharmaceutical machineries provided by CIP are of consistent quality and are a best example of engineering excellence. CIP has an entire range of machines for making tablets, liquids and ointment to cater to the requirements of a small pharmaceutical company to the large multinational company. "We matter that is why we exist" suits best for us.

Evolution
Transparency in the system and methods across the organization brings harmony and enthuse people in the organization to work with TEAM SPIRIT. Right from the inception of CIP Machineries, it was a strong urge of Mr. Dipak Khambhayata to go for systems, methods and automation by which the members of the CIP family can work independently giving their best to the organization. It started with company buying proven design software of 'IDEA' long back in 1995, which can give better results in designing and manufacturing of quality machines with minimum rejections. CIP Machinery's most of the departments were accustomed to work on computer right from 1989 with custom-built software (Modules).

Again for the better system and methods company decided to go for ISO - 9002 and could achieve the same in a short span being the first pharmaceutical machinery manufacturing company to have ISO - 9002. Because of the ISO - 9002-chain activity in between the departments were established and that gave a thinking to the management to go for ERP Solution - chain based which can avoid verbal or paper communication in between the departments. At the same time the management can have direct access of complete activities on the screen. Unfortunately after surveying lot of such software Mr. Dipak A. Khambhayata took a challenge of developing software - chain based (ERP SOLUTION). Mr. Dipak A. Khambhayata knowing pretty well the common business activities evolved ERP SOLUTION, which is chain based, user friendly, flexible, keeping track of all the activities of user/department and at the same time generating MIS as needed by the management to take crucial decisions.

With the advent of many new developments in the field over the time, the company has not only proved to be an unchallenged import substitute to the domestic market, but has also established itself as an excellent brand image in several developed and developing countries across the globe for both pharmaceutical machinery and ERP solution.
